Eran Yaniv came to Perfecto Mobile from Comverse America, where he was Vice President of Product Marketing. He also served as the General Manager of the Comverse Mobile Data Division and led a major turnaround in the performance of the division by bringing in accounts such as Verizon Wireless and T-Mobile.
Prior to Comverse, Eran was the General Manager of the Valisys Quality Management business unit at Tecnomatix, where he also served as the Director of Research and Development at Tecnomatix Ltd. in Israel.
Yoram Mizrachi brings to Perfecto Mobile a wealth of experience in networking, security, and mobile telecommunications. Yoram founded Perfecto Mobile after serving as the CTO of Comverse Mobile Data Division. In this capacity, Yoram handled a variety of technical aspects in mobile applications, WAP and location-based services. In 1999, Yoram was the CTO (and founder) of Exalink, which was later acquired by Comverse for $550 million.
Prior to founding Exalink, Yoram held several technology-related positions in the fields of communication and cryptography.
Ofer Karp is responsible for Perfecto’s overall engineering activities, leading R&D and Operations for the company.
Ofer brings over 14 years of experience to Perfecto Mobile, specializing in building Enterprise Software using Agile and DevOps methods. He spent much of his career in building products and solution for optimizing software quality, application lifecycle management and IT Operations management. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Ofer held a number of senior engineering positions at HP Software, including leading the development of HP Software’s SaaS offering for IT Service and Portfolio Management.
Ofer holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center in Israel.
Sigal Hourvitz brings to Perfecto Mobile over 17 years of human resources management and organizational development (OD) expertise in the high-tech sector, including HR management and recruitment. Prior to joining Perfecto Mobile, Sigal served as the Head of Global Organization Development & Training at ECI Telecom – a global provider of network infrastructure equipment with over 2500 employees operating in 30 countries. In this capacity, she was responsible for formulating corporate OD strategy, establishing and implementing cross-organizational processes and leading OD and training activities.
Sigal holds an M.A. in Consulting Psychology, and B.A. in Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
As the CEO & President of Perforce Software, Mark is responsible for leading the company and executing its mission to serve our customers. To his role, Mark brings three decades of experience in accounting, finance, operations and mergers & acquisitions, having served the last twenty years as CFO and COO for public and private equity-backed technology companies. Before becoming CEO, Mark served Perforce as COO/CFO, and helped drive four acquisitions and one sale of the company, while nearly doubling revenue. Prior to joining Perforce, he was COO/CFO of private equity-backed HelpSystems, Inc., and CFO at publicly held Xata/XRS Corporation.
Mark holds a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State – Mankato and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mike is a business-focused CFO with both a background in technology and proven experience making strategic contributions to growth-oriented companies. He has 26 years in finance and accounting, which ranges from entrepreneurial start-up to private equity growth to publicly traded environments. Most recently, he was CFO at Digi International, a Minnesota-based technology company. Before that, he had leadership roles at two other technology organizations, Trimble (Senior VP of Finance) and PeopleNet Communications (CFO).
Mike has a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Cloud State University.
Tim has extensive experience leading technology teams in high-growth software companies, including NetApp, SafeNet, and Secure Computing. Prior to joining Perforce, Tim was VP of Product Management at NetApp. He has a proven track record of creating products and solutions that enable customers to drive innovation and agility in medium to large enterprises with stringent security and compliance requirements as well as large, distributed development teams generating large data sets.
Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
Chris is a goal-driven finance and accounting professional who believes in building strong relationships across the organization. At Perforce, he’s responsible for the global finance, accounting, and tax functions. To achieve these goals, he draws on over 20 years of experience in companies across a variety of industries including Software, Manufacturing, Services, and Transportation. Prior to joining Perforce, Chris was VP of Finance at Arcserve, and served in leadership positions at a variety of companies, including HelpSystems, LLC.
Chris holds a B.S. in Accounting from University of Northern Iowa, and earned his MBA in Business Administration from Metropolitan State University.
Brian has over 25 years of Human Resources experience with more than 15 years in HR leadership roles. Brian’s industry experience is varied, ranging from Hi-Tech, Med Device, Financial Services and Insurance. Prior to joining Perforce, Brian led global HR functions that served rapidly growing software companies in both publicly traded and privately held environments. This has included creative leadership overseeing talent acquisition, total rewards, employee engagement and performance, M&A, HR technology and global payroll.
Brian holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management, as well as an M.S. in Organization Management and Human Resources from Capella University. Brian achieved his SPHR certification in 1999.
Colleen has over 25 years of experience in marketing leadership roles at both early stage and established companies in IT systems management, security, and networking industries. Before joining Perforce, Colleen was the VP of Marketing at Calabrio, a leader in call center software. Prior to that, Colleen held marketing leadership positions at technology companies including HelpSystems, Preventice, Red Lambda, Shavlik Technologies (now LANdesk), SafeNet (now Gemalto), and Secure Computing (now Intel).
Colleen holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management.
Beth is a high-energy leader who combines strategic and tactical operations expertise with business development and management skills. At Perforce, she applies her leadership experience to maximize customer retention, streamline the sales process, and improve sales team effectiveness. To these goals, she brings her passion for partnering across departments to achieve overall objectives. Prior to joining Perforce, Beth was Vice President of WW Sales Operations and Contracts at Qumu Corporation, as well as Global Director of Operations at Lawson Software.
As VP and General Counsel, Sara is responsible for the legal and compliance functions of Perforce. Sara also oversees corporate expansion and advises the executive team. With experience representing organizations of all sizes — including private equity, closely-held, and family-owned companies — Sara’s background spans a broad spectrum of legal areas, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and tax planning and compliance.
Sara holds a Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law, a Master of Business Taxation (MBT) from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Truman State University.
As Chair of the Board, Janet is working with the company on organic and M&A growth strategies and opportunities. From 2016 to 2018, Janet served as CEO, during which she drove four acquisitions and facilitated the sale to private equity group Clearlake Capital. Prior to joining Perforce, she was the CEO of the HelpSystems family of companies. During her 15-year tenure there, HelpSystems increased sales from $19M to $110M, completed 14 acquisitions and grew to more than 280 employees in 13 locations worldwide.
Janet holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the College of St. Benedict.
Corey is a dynamic, seasoned, and highly successful professional with 20 years of diverse experience within the SaaS and information technology markets helping large enterprises find the best network, software, or IT service solutions to meet their needs. Throughout his career he has consistently delivered a quantifiable track record of high-growth results through strategic sales and leadership roles.
Corey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Minnesota – Duluth.
Jim has over 25 years of success as a service operations and customer-facing leader. With his hands-on, business-first approach, he moves confidently from vision and strategy to tactical development and implementation. Most recently, Jim was involved as a founder and owner of a SaaS-based IoT startup that was acquired by Digi International. Jim has also held leadership positions at XRS Corporation, Datacard Corporation, and Lawson Software.
Rotem has more than 20 years of experience in software organizations with a background in R&D, SaaS operations, product delivery, and customer success.
Rotem is responsible for leading and running all of Perfecto’s R&D and operations activities. These teams are spread across the globe, from the United States to Israel, and they leverage Agile and DevOps methods.
Prior to Perfecto, Rotem held several development management positions at both enterprise and startup companies. She holds an MBA and BA in computer science from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.
